Wedding Plan 4
This plan only includes 4 hours of coverage and the delivery of a color corrected DVD. This will give you limited self-print rights, but no quality editing. The images are what is considered "proof" state. If you choose this package and want to order prints from me at a later date; then those images will be edited to the same standards as the above packages.
Fees
There are no other hidden fees provided the wedding is in the immediate area. This includes Augusta to and most of Columbia County. I do have to charge more if I need to travel outside the local area due to transportation prices and time, $1 per mile each way, based on Google Maps driving directions from my home location.
Pricing
I'm flexible with the plans so as to meet your budget. To calculate your custom plans' price add $50 per hour of event coverage (minimum 4 hours or $200). Then add $15 per page of prints. Reprint rights are $100. The black and white photo's for the newspaper submission are free.
Rights
I will own the rights to all images as is custom in this industry. When you purchase the rights; you will be given the right to print, edit, post, or use to make photobook from any number of vendors. The print locations and websites are not supposed to print copyrighted images with out your ownership of the image.
Edits
I also perform digital editing to open eyes, remove objects and blemishes. I charge per image and complexity of edit. For example, if I just need to remove acne and/or open someone's eyes (provided I have an image with their eyes already open) that would be a nominal one time charge for that image. However, for an advanced edit where I might have to do this for several people or add a more complex technique, it would be a bit higher. There is no charge for simple filter processes such as making a black and white print. This fee would be on an image per image basis, but not print to print. So if you wanted 5 prints of that one image, you only get charged once.
Proofing
Proofing is provided via a web gallery. Proof views are not the final print. I edit each picture for color and quality after it is selected for printing. If you are torn between a few prints I will gladly process those prints and send them via e-mail for your final decision.
Engagement and Bridal Portraits
Enagement and Bridal Portraits are not included in the above plans. However, they are available. They include a minimum five print pages and two black and white 4x6's (for newspaper submission).
Incentive
I offer a referral incentive whereby I will give you an 11x14 or 2 pages for any referral that results in a signed contract.

Wedding Contract
